in 5th grade, brendan bellomo, ian lindberg, and myself, wrote these lyrics with the fifth grade teacher. i'm sure you can tell which song this is a parody of. we recorded it and speed it up to achieve the familiar chip monk effect. it was played from a boom box for the "cake walk", a cross between hopscotch, roulette, and music chairs. i don't possess the recording, but here are the lerx.
dashing through the fred
on a one horse open sled
over the fields of snow
laughing 'til we're dead
smells on dog tails stink
making noses bright
what fun it is to eat and drink some yellow snow tonight
jims and bills
jims and bills
jims and bills the way
old mcdog got stuck inside an atom bomb today-hey!
a dog or two ago
i was petrified
there was this ugly fruitcake
to be seated by my side
a pig was mean stank
happy parking lot
he took a gun and robbed a bank
and was never ever caught
jims and bills
jims and bills
jims and bills the way
old mcdog got stuck inside an atom bomb today-hey!
