sofia greenberg - america, my little girl (music video) download

i got inspired to shoot a video for sofia greenberg, with the intent of doing so very fast without much planning. the result is a very simple-looking spacious music video emulating 16mm (or video with 16mm film out). i shot this on my color vidicon tube camera. i simulated a film out look by adding jiggle/wobble, brightness fluctuation, and film grain, and of course, 24p conforming. i've been writing a shake script called "perfect dust", which adds dust specs and hairs. i used this script on the video very subtly, but it helps give it a retro feel. the vidicon's image lag gives it away that it's not film. for faster streaming, visit: http://vimeo.com/16234767
